In Brazil, it has become very important in recent years and has become the largest private company in the Brazilian electricity sector. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our story with ENEL Brazil<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pyplan.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" title=\"Pyplan\">Pyplan<\/a>\u00b4s beginnings with ENEL took place two years ago when the group began to unify margin management criteria between distributors to support decision-making and generate risk and opportunity analyses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initial objective was to implement a solution that met the needs of each distributor in a single system. Developing the tool required integrating various processes and areas in order to achieve a specific goal: creating a collaborative system where employees can create margin simulations and centralize information from the distributors to speed up the flow of information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A solution tailored to ENEL&#8217;s needs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pyplan.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" title=\"Pyplan\">Pyplan<\/a> was the solution for creating a collaborative environment within ENEL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The implementation of <a href=\"https:\/\/pyplan.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow\" title=\"Pyplan\">Pyplan<\/a> made it possible to develop a system that projects the margin of each distributor, taking into account the following modules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Regulatory model<\/strong> that complies with a ENEL&#8217;s current regulatory rules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Energy <strong>planning projection<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Energy <strong>balance tracking<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Financial projections<\/strong> for all distributors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consolidation of financial projections<\/strong> with the rules of each<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>distributor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It has also made it possible to integrate the possibility of allocating margin accounts according to the board&#8217;s requirements and exporting the report directly to the group&#8217;s management server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benefits of Pyplan Margin Distribution Planning System Implementation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After implementing the Margin Distribution Planning System as the solution, we succeeded in integrating the processes of ENEL&#8217;s distributors and speeding up the internal flow of information.
