Odeta combines a passion for data with the ability to analyze and apply that knowledge creatively and simply. Part of a close-knit family, Odeta grew up in Albania, during a period when the country was torn by a brutal civil war. Despite chaos and poverty, her family supported her love of mathematics, a passion rewarded with numerous awards in national mathematics and physics competitions.
Odeta’s sister moved to the United States and insisted that she, too, leave Albania for a better life. In 2006, Odeta arrived in the U.S. with one suitcase and a dream: to build her own business and live the American Dream. She enrolled at Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts, studying computer science, information technology and management, working her way through school. After graduation, she worked for a startup before launching her own consulting business, using her math and analytical skills to create algorithms and scenarios that help medium to large-scale businesses meet their goals, from reducing costs to streamlining operations. She is dedicated to her clients and educating customers about their data.
